It’s not often these days that I am keen to provide an endorsement relating to service standards regarding a business with whom I deal with. However I am absolutely delighted to do so with regard to Aqua Pool and Spa specialists.

For many years you have been supplying regular pool maintenance services, counsel regarding our pool and latterly a re-equipping of the pool pumps and automated monitoring device.

The service you provide is absolutely second to none. Your staff, in addition to being professionally very competent are always helpful in answering questions and take the time to provide timely, easy to understand advice to me. They are also very friendly.

A very apt example of your firm’s commitment to service was just yesterday. I telephoned seeking advice regarding a particular matter concerning the pool. Literally within thirty minutes Michael was in attendance diagnosing and resolved the problem. Fantastic service.

We have also, as noted above purchased new pool equipment. That’s another example of your commitment to servicing client needs. Michael diagnosed a particular potential issue, explained it to me in lay terms, suggested a solution and the whole process was completed within a week.

As I said and for the reasons noted I find your professionalism, commitment to client service and energy fantastic. Absolutely first rate.
